Item(s) must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of purchase. If the return does not meet that requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund. Our JPevintage tag must be attached to receive a full refund.Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund. JPevintage is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. At JPevintge, all items are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process. Our team is thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage but are unable to foresee how foresee how future use will impact an item.We accept returns on international orders as further described in our return policy. For international shipments and all returns on items shipped internationally will be made in US Dollars only and in the same US Dollar amount that was paid to us at the time of order. We are unable to provide any currency exchange estimates as these rates constantly fluctuate. All transactions are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and are determined by the intermediary financial institutions. We make no adjustments for currency exchange on returns. JPeVintage generally processes refunds within 2-4 business days of receipt depending on your refund method selection (original form of payment or JPeVintage store credit gift card). Please be advised that returns of Fine Jewelry and Watches take an average of 10 days to process once received.

Your purchase will be shipped by EMS, YAMATO Japan, DHL within 3-14 business days depending size and value of the item(s). To protect against fraud, we suggest all items be shipped to the billing address of the payment method. We do recognize that several exceptions to this may be requested (shipping to a neighbor, place of business, second home, gift, etc). While we can typically honor these requests, you must enter the contact information for the buyer and recipient, as we may need to phone-verify the order. This may result in a delay in processing time.

Customs and taxes: Your country of residence may apply extra customs duties and import taxes! Please check the laws of your country to determine if import duties or taxes are applicable. Some countries prohibit the importation of items made with exotic skins.
